As Principal Agent, we take full contractual responsibility for administering your building contract. We issue instructions, certify payments, manage variations, and ensure all parties fulfil their obligations under the agreement. You get a single point of contact for all contract administration matters.

Who we are
PROMAN is led by Donovan Proudfoot and Durk Postma, who between them bring over 25 years of construction industry experience. Before founding PROMAN in 2018, both spent nearly a decade with one of South Africa's largest construction firms, contributing to landmark developments including hospitals, malls, and the Cape Town Stadium.
Donovan holds PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and is currently completing SACPCMP registration as a Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr.CPM).
We built PROMAN to do things differently: no corporate layers, no percentage-based fees, no passing projects to junior staff. Every client works directly with experienced project managers who handle their project personally from start to finish.
It's a refreshingly direct approach to a typically hierarchical industry.
