Who we are
Proman is run and operated by Donovan Proudfoot and Durk Postma, who spent 9 and 15 years respectively working for one of South Africa’s largest construction giants. The pair contributed to several significant developments including large-scale commercial buildings, hospitals, malls and landmarks such as the Cape Town Stadium.
They launched Proman Construction in 2018, with the intention of creating a project management firm void of airs, graces and P&G charges. They handle every project personally, don’t beat around the bush and bring a refreshingly direct approach to a typically hierarchical industry.
